This research aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of return on asset, earning per share, equity stock price banking company listed Indonesia exchange. quantitative research, including taking sample in this study using method purposive sampling theuse 38 companies bank which BEI observation period 2018-2021. The collection data done by documentation with from financial reports that have been published object research.This uses three hypotheses. Data analysis descriptive and multiple linear regression. results showed that: (1) asset has not stockexchange; (2) share stockexchange (3) stockexchange.
